User License Agreement
TERMS OF USE
This User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" governs the relationship between "Academic Studies Press" here in after referred to as the "Library Owner" and the person or legal entity which has accepted the terms of this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
1. Subject of the User Agreement.
1.1.The Library Owner provides library access to Users under the conditions specified in this User Agreement.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties.
2.1. The Library provides the User with a program interface that enables efficient use of materials from the site and includes: viewing book abstracts, viewing information about the books authors, reading the books, and searching for and sorting information. License to publish is provided by a term agreement with the copyright holder.
2.2. User may not:
- change the e-book format,
- use "cracks" and similar tools for "hacking" books,
- place a book on the Internet for free download
- use the book for commercial purposes.
3. Entry into Force of the User Agreement.
This Agreement shall enter into force after the User clicks on the в REGISTRATION button in the new user registration form and is valid for the entire duration of the Users work with the Resource.
4. Obligations on Registering.
A necessary condition for accessing Library services is the User's registration in the Library database.
5. Registration Procedure.
5.1. The registration procedure includes:
- Filling out the registration form;
- Selecting a personal identifier (username and password) for the Library database. In some cases, trough an agreement between the parties, the Library Owner provides the User with the username and password.
5.2. When completing the registration, the User must provide accurate, complete and current information about himself by filling out the Registration Form provided.
5.3. The Users is responsible for protecting his username and password from third parties and also for all actions carried out under their chosen username and password on the Library site.
5.4. The User is not allowed to publish his name and/or password on the Internet and other sources and to give his username and/or password to any third party through any means of communication.
6. Exploitation of Information by the Users.
All information contained on the Library site, including visual design and software, is the property of the Library Owner and is protected by international laws and regulations. The User is not allowed to copy the information contained in the library, in part of in full, to further distribute it without the express written consent of the Library Owner.
7. Registration Cancellation.
7.1. The cancellation of the Users registration can be initiated by the User or by the Library Owner, in cases of violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
7.2. The User grants the Library Owner use of his personal information for marketing purposes, without transfer of this information to third parties.
8. Information Security.
8.1. The User and Library Owner undertake to keep the Users password to the Library confidential.
8.2. In the case of a lost/forgotten password, the User can reset the password (and log on) by indicating the e-mail address listed with his personal information.
8.3. In the event of unauthorized use of his username and password to log into Library resources, the User must notify the Library Owner within one day.
9. Help and Technical Support.
All registered Users have the right to contact the Librarys Technical Support The e-mail for Technical Support can be found on the "Contact UsВ» page (www.bibliorossica.com/contact.html). Technical Support shall answer the question within 24 hours of its receipt.
10. Exemption from Guarantees.
10.1. User understands and agrees that the Library Owner is not responsible for the inoperability and loss connection with the Library, in the following cases:
10.1.1. Failures in the software or hardware of the User or his provider;
10.1.2. Actions of third parties, aimed at the suspension or termination of Library operations;
10.1.3. Force majeure occurrences.
11. Suspension of Library Services.
11.1. The Library Owner has the right to carry out maintenance work on the Library site with temporary suspension of Library access, notifying users via e-mail three days before the start of the maintenance work with a timeline of the work.
11.2. In the event of force majeure, as well as crashes or glitches in the software and hardware of third parties cooperating with the Library Owner, or the actions of third parties, aimed at the suspension or termination of Library operations, access to the Library may be suspended without prior notice.
12. Procedure for Handling Claims.
To resolve disputes arising between the User and the Library Owner as a result of Library use, the following claims handling procedure shall be applied.
A User who feels that his rights and interests have been violated by the actions of the Library Owner sends a complaint to the Library Owner via e-mail, at [email protected]. Within five (5) working days from receipt of the complaint, the Library Owner holder replies to the e-mail address specified in the claim. In the event of failure to achieve settlement of the issue through the procedure for handling claims, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with international law.
Anonymous complaints or claims that do not make it possible to identify the User through the registration information provided by him will not be reviewed/considered.
13. Changes and Additions to the Agreement.
Changes and additions to the Agreement shall enter into force ten days after their publication or at a later date specified as the date of entry into force.
All changes and additions to this Agreement shall be published on the http://www.bibliorossica.com website and will include the date and time of posting and the time of their entry into force.
The User has the right to reject the amendments to this Agreement, undertaken by the Library Owner, which means the Users rejection of all Library services.
14. Changes in the Legislation of the Russian Federation.
In the case of adoption of regulatory legal acts by the Government of the Russian Federation, affecting in whole or in part the operation of the Library, the Library Owner reserves the right to make any changes in the Library functions, aimed at making them in compliance with new regulations.

16. Payment system and Rates.
16.1. The purchase of books online is done via credit card or via PayPal.
Payment is in U.S. dollars. The final cost of the book may differ from the price, which is listed on the site in rubles, depending on the exchange rate of the dollar used by the card holders bank at the time of payment.
16.2. Following the signing of this Agreement, registration and payment for selected publications in the Library, the User is provided with the following features:
